Refund Policy

After you have received your order, you have 14 days to request a refund if you wish to by emailing .....You then have a further 14 days to return your order to Honey & Herb Candles in perfect, unused condition, in all original packing, including the shipping box.   We recommend using a recorded delivery service to return your items to us, so that you know your postal service has delivered it safely back to us.

If you request a refund for your order with the 14 days but you do not return the item to us with the following 14 days after, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

All appropriate refunds will be issued with 14 days of receiving your return.   You are responsible for paying the return postage.

Returns

We hope you love your items but if anything isn't right we are happy to help.   Whilst care and attention is always paid to making and packaging of our products sometimes things can happen.   If you are unhappy with your purchase please do not hesitate to get in touch.

We take every care to ensure your goods are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur.    We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery.    We sadly cannot replace or refund products that have been used.

The buyer is responsible for delivery costs.  We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. We do not cover postage costs for returned items at this time. To start a return, then please use the contact form. 

Refunds  We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
